Monsanto Paraguay and Monsanto Argentina have been named Great Places to Work.
For the eighth consecutive year, Monsanto Argentina has been named as one of the best places to work in the country with a 2013 Great Place to Work award. Meanwhile, Monsanto Paraguay finished ranked No. 2 in its country in earning a 2013 Great Place to Work award.
In Argentina, the company was ranked 5th among employers with more than 1,000 employees.
More than 1,100 employees (84 percent) in the country took part in a survey to determine their satisfaction with their job at Monsanto, including for the first time 157 employees from the company’s rural workforce, representing 54 percent of the company’s rural regular population.
In Paraguay, the company achieved its recognition for the first time.
